Nov 16, 2012: The newly launched table by Microsoft, Microsoft Surface is in news for the wrong reasons. A lawyer in California has sued Microsoft over the storage capacity of Surface. The company has been sued as the lawyer claims that Surface does not have the storage capacity as advertised by the company. It has been observed that only 16 GB space is available for use out of the 32 GB storage space which the company claims as the rest of the space is used by the OS and the pre installed apps like Microsoft Office. The suit has been filed for unfair business practices and false advertising. Microsoft has dismissed the suit and termed it as a case without merit. It will be very interesting to see in future days if Microsoft would be forced to change the way it advertises.
