Nov 16, 2012: Fresh violation of patents has been claimed by both Apple and Samsung leading to fresh filing of suits by both the companies. Samsung has claimed that Apple has infringed on its patents while launching iPhone 5 and on the contrary Apple has filed a suit accusing Samsung of infringing on its patents while launching Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), Galaxy III and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. The case (12-cv-00630) which was filed by both the parties in the US District Court, Northern District of California has intensified the already existing war between both the majors.
