Aug 20, 2012: Philips India is looking ways to bank in on the changing consumer lifestyle in metros. The company has launched its new Italian coffee making machines for home use. According to the company sources, the decision to introduce new coffee machine was made after conducting a market study in five metro cities of India on coffee consumption pattern.
Philips India has launched the product from its portfolio Saeco International Group that was acquired by its parent company in 1999 and targets niche customers who love fine coffee taste. The company has introduced three products which are priced at Rs 13,995, Rs 54,995 and Rs 74,994 and will be available only in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
