The other factors driving growth according to experts are the expanding presence of e-tailers and never before heard offers from smartphone companies which is reeling under heavy competiton.

According to the report, e-tailers acted as catalyst for the robust growth across cities in India with e-tailers now contributing around 40 percent of the market in top 50 cities of India. The offline market is now showing only a average growth.
