Smule Unveils Original iGTV Show ‘Smule Station’ for India’s Jamming Community

New Delhi, September 1st, 2020: India’s favourite social singing app, Smule is all set to create original content with a brand new iGTV show ‘Smule Station’. An entertainment-packed weekly series will celebrate legendary musicians and feature various smule power-users, the show hosted by RJ Goutham will bring to us the best of songs and unheard trivia. 

The iGTV program will offer a mix of original content and user-generated content from the Smule community. This way, star performers from the Smule app will get an opportunity to be featured on a leading social media platform. This will help support emerging talent and forge connections with the brand by encouraging participation on the karaoke singing app. 

For the introductory episodes, Smule Station is all prepped to celebrate the timeless creations of the most-iconic music director of all times. Lovingly known as Pancham Da, RD Burman’s evergreen hits have had a lasting impact on the musicians and music lovers till today. Taking this sentiment further, RJ Goutham will trace the journey of this musical maestro, play Pancham Da’s punchy tracks sung by the best Smulers, chat about the classic comedic moments of his life and much more. These episodes will air in conjunction with an exclusive RD Burman Playlist that will be activated on the Smule app. This way, show viewers can tune into the episodes, reminisce about the golden era of music and get inspired to sing the best of RD Burman on Smule.
