Mondelez India extents its mediclaim policy benefits

The company expanded its medical advantages category to homosexual partners earlier this year

Mondelez India is India’s largest company of chocolates. They produce some of the top brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Cadbury 5 Star, Cadbury Bournvita and Oreo. 

Mondelez India has announced progressive policy transformation with its community medicines policy, with chocolates, drinks, biscuits, and candy goods, to include live-in partners with the objective that its existing diversity and inclusion initiatives which continue to be enhanced.

The organisation expanded its community claims benefits to homosexual spouses by earlier in the year with the ongoing attempt to continually develop and respond to societal changes.

Even before liberalisation in the 1980s, Mondelez India voluntarily adopted a policy of gender diversity. The expanded benefits of the strategy are the latest in a series of changes over the past year, in which Mondelez India switched to a Family Floater Model for the first time, expanding the profit umbrella for its peers and reinforcing the diverse and inclusive culture of the company.
