The plans such as Health Shield Plus, Health Elite Plus, Health Shield and Health Elite will include the latest features and complete coverage to provide improved protection to customers.
The company claims that the introduced benefits are that are adjusted to the new normal. Consequently, it is circumstantial to today’s needs of customers. The newly introduced coverage benefits include emergency assistance, donor expenses, unlimited reset, domiciliary hospitalization, emergency assistance, worldwide cover, air ambulance, super NCB (no claim bonus), the sum insured protector and claim protector, cashless OPD services, among the others benefits. The customer can address his/her medical needs immediately from anywhere 24×7 with a qualified doctor. The prescription given by the doctor can be used to order medicines online. ICICI Lombard has made these products available on its IL Take Care app to provide increased convenience to customers.
