It is the world’s largest automaker. Wipro Ltd has selected Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), a leading global IT services company, to set up the first global digital hub in India. The digital hub will build in Hyderabad known as FCA ICT India. The company said in a statement that it would support FCA’s information and communication technology operations to focus on providing premium mobility services. Wipro builds that the hub will showcase world-class engineering skills and digital best practices.
Wipro added that the establishment of a global digital hub in India would enhance the FCA’s innovation and competitiveness to become a leader in future dynamics.
Under the agreement, Wipro FCA will build a talent pool of over 1000 skilled consultants and technologists for ICT India and help develop capabilities around futuristic technologies, the leading IT company commented. In the automotive sector, Wipro has global expertise that will enable the FCA to acquire the best talent and achieve digital transformation.
