The Advertising Standards Council of India has appointed Infectious Advertising as a creative partner. Infectious Advertising is an independent and integrated agency. ASCI will get ATL, BTL, and Digital creative services from Infectious Advertising, as well as strategic campaign planning and audience outreach support.
The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) was founded in 1985 as a voluntary self-regulatory body for India’s advertising business. It is a non-governmental organization. ASCI is dedicated to the cause of advertising self-regulation, ensuring that consumers’ interests are protected.
ASCI strives to guarantee that advertisements adhere to its self-regulatory code, which stipulates that advertisements must be lawful, decent, honest, and true, as well as neither hazardous nor dangerous while maintaining competitive fairness.
Print, television, emailers, the internet/website, product packaging, and point-of-sale material are all investigated by the Council. It also investigates radio, hoardings, SMS, brochures, and promotional material, The International Council on Ad Self-Regulation has ASCI as a member of its Executive Committee (ICAS).
Infectious Advertising was established by Ramanuj Shastry and Nisha Singhania established in 2013. They are a full-service, integrated creative agency with experience in print, film, OOH, ATL, and BTL communications as well as digital platforms such as social media, web design, app design, and paid media creative.

Earlier this year, Infectious Advertising teamed up with the Tata Group’s financial arm, Tata Capital, to premiere a corporate film that had been based on the brand promise “Count on Us” which aired on YouTube.
Ebco, India’s top furniture hardware manufacturer, had also awarded Infectious Advertising the creative brief. ATL, BTL, and digital creative services for the brand will be handled by Infectious.
