Meesho rolls out its ‘Humara Mission Sabse Kum Commission’ campaign

The Indian social commerce platform, Meesho launched it’s new its new campaign ‘Humara Mission Sabse Kum Commission’. The campaign aims to create awareness about the ease of suppliers to do business on Meesho as it charges the least commission as low as 1%.

Meesho is considered one of the largest online marketplaces in India that allows individuals and small businesses to start online stores through various social media channels like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. It is the number one reselling platform in India that allows users to easily earn money while working from home. Meesho has a wide selection of products in various categories like cosmetics, clothing, home items, and many more. Meesho has also encouraged many women to become independent and start their own business

The campaign was conceptualized by Wunderman Thompson and it highlights the brand’s commitment towards all its suppliers. The campaign shows how sellers are now able to earn more profit than before and has helped them to be successful sellers. Meesho helps businesses to overcome various challenges and also provides zero charges on cataloging, promotion, packaging, onboarding, and delivery. The online platform aims to communicate with various small businesses that are struggling with conventional practices and to help them to expand their horizon by giving them access to over 100k suppliers on Meesho.

The founder and CEO of Meesho, Mr. Vidit Aatrey, while speaking on the launch of the campaign commented that “Meesho is very much aware of the various hardships like listing products and handling payments and logistics, that small seller have to through while doing online business”. The campaign aims to put forth the idea of enhancing the MSME sales and to assist them to grow their business without any hefty commissions.

The general manager and vice president of Meesho, Harshit said that the major objective of the campaign was to highlight how easy it is to do online business through Meesho. He added that Meesho charges commission as low as 1% and helps small businesses to save cost on various aspects like logistics, shipping, and payment. Over the last few years, Meesho has helped over 13 million people to kickstart their entrepreneurial journey with zero investment and has successfully delivered orders from over 100k suppliers to about 4800 cities.
