The Tata Housing Development Company (THDC), is one of the major real estate development companies in our country. They have recently revealed the launch of their latest campaign titled ‘#MySafeHaven’ it’s a special campaign that is going to apply to seven projects wide across the West Zone.
This campaign is based on the intuition that home being a haven especially during the time of this pandemic. The Tata Housing Company focus to financially assist the homebuyers to acquire safe abodes for each one of their physical and mental welfare.
The campaign, ‘#MySafeHaven’ has now started offering financial assistance to their property clients who are interested in the West Zone projects with a 3% for the Savings on Stamp Duty. They also offer a 100% cashback for a booking amount of Rs 1 Lakh and they can also even avail of NO EMI for 12 months with a special scheme which is offered by a financial institute. This campaign will be only available for a short period, that is 30 days. This will be alive from the 27th of May 2021 and will be ending on the 27th of June. The offers of this campaign apply to the residents of Tata Housing projects across India such as Amantra of Kalyan, Serein of Thane, Rio De Goa of Dambollin, Inora Park of Pune etc.
