The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai, the world’s oldest organized center of Yoga come forward to contribute their help to theMinistry of Ayushin its initiative of free distribution of AYUSH-64, an Ayurvedic formulation that can be used as a companion treatment for asymptomatic, moderate, and mild patients of COVID-19.
AYUSH0-64 is an Ayurvedic formulation, it is formulated by the Central Council for Research in Sciences (CCRAS) under the assistance of the Ministry of Ayush, they have been providing free of cost seven days a week for four hours every day through Yoga institute in Mumbai.
Ma (Dr) Hansaji Jayadev Yogendra, Director of the Yogi Institute said that the yoga institute offering Ayush 64 free of cost on its campus, anyone who has been tested positive can come forward and take it.
To receive the special formulation, a patient’s or maybe their relative can visit the ‘Yoga Institute Mumbai at Shri Yogendra Marg, Prabhat Colony, Santacruz East, Mumbai 400055’, between 10 am and 12 noon in the morning time or visit between 4 pm and 6 pm in the second half, any day throughout a week, along with the required patient-documents of Aadhar card and RTPCR positive test report copy
The AYUSH-64 bottle will be given after an authorization letter with a relative’s ID document signed by the patient or authorizing any relative to receive it on their behalf.
Yoga institute has been helping the masses over a long period, through their campaigns and workshops aware people of the implication of Yoga, its benefits range from physical health to mental health. They had formalized a free Yoga program, especially for the Covid recovered patients to help them in the recovery of liver and lungs.
