Google launches an AI tool for online retailers

Google’s all-new Recommendations AI tool has been thrown open for the public in public beta test mode. This new venture of Google, The Recommendations AI was first announced in private beat in April 2019, which completely counted on Google’s trailblazing artificial intelligence tools which aid the retailers to deliver to their customers, highly personalized, and customized recommendations.

According to Pallav Mehta, Google product manager, in his blog post, stated that with the help of an AI tool, the retailers can swap the stress given for the individual products to each customer, by giving out each one of them, customized product recommendations.  Recommendations AI extracts the consumer’s shopping history and also their browsing habits to find their preferred products and also to prolong their interests in them. Ever since its launch, there has been an evident rise in sales too.

Using the Recommendations AI tool, customers can create a wide variety of models, referring to data and instances from Google Clod Services such as Merchant Center, Google tag manager, Google Analytics 360, and Big Query, letting the users target customers based on a variety of matrics. New primitive models are trained in just two to five days, depending upon their level of complexity, before they can be used to start serving up recommendations. The AI recommendations were launched previous year initially,  Google has worked with its Google Brain and Google Research teams to enhance its capabilities. Recommendations AI models can now support massive catalogs of “tens of millions of items.

Extra popular or on sale items can be corrected for bias using the Recommendations AI. Google also tries to help customers with its Recommendations AI capability, providing its track record in the field, which in other sense, executives do not pay attention to. These newly launched tools are also available now with three volume-based pricing layers for future predictions.
