TCS which is the leading global IT services, consulting, and business solution organizations have recently announced that they are using new AI software IUX for the workplace resilience mainly for minimizing the risks of the employees and can also ensure the safety of the employees since some have to be in the office even during the pandemic time.

COVID-19 has mainly forced many companies to do working from home. But TCS has deployed its secure borderless workspaces model that will help the workforces of more than 443000 across the 46 countries for working remotely within a few weeks. Even though the lockdown restrictions have been minimized but TCS has ensured safety and also well being and has helped to return to work in a carefully calibrated way for under nearly 2% of the workforce to date. For creating a safe workplace for the TCSers who are returning to work TCS has implemented IUX for workplace resilience which is the part of the SBWS framework. For deployment of this concept, TCS has taken only 4 weeks from beginning to run the software at the first locations.

The software helps the enterprises make safer for the returning of the employees to the workplace during the pandemic by combining the risk analytics with the main key business functions such a workforce safety, regulation compliance, operational compliance, and also customer engagement. With the help of the business command dashboard, this IUX for the workplace resilience can improve the staff by helping the site administrators by providing the facility to monitor the daily risks profile and also the risk prediction for more than 180,000 TCSers in India on a rolling seven from 14 and 21-day basis. With these daily risk scores, the administrator can decide which employees are safely allowed to return to the work if needed.

This software gives alerts when the safety norms of the social distancing are not followed in the common areas, monitoring the PPE use and also record the employee’s temperature at the exits or entrances. Even during the infection time, it will help to carry out the contact tracing with 20 to 30 minutes comparing the normal one-week. Especially the employee’s data and also self-declared inputs are mainly encrypted to ensure personal data privacy.

This solution has been successfully deployed by TCS for nearly all its locations in 19 cities across India and also will deploy in North America by this month starting the facility in Toronto, Canada, etc. This IUX for workplace resilience can ingest and also apply any real-time analytics to any different forms of the information such as from public health and also can make a video from the employee record, HR, supply chain, and also operations data. This software uses AI for mainly spot correlations, uncover insight by making predictions and offer many recommendations which will help in making business more resilient by displaying them as visualization on the business command dashboard.
