Omnicom Group has announced its agreement to take over a Berlin-based digital ad agency, Antoni under undisclosed financial terms.
Omnicom Group is a global network of leading marketing communications companies. The company provides a wide range of digital marketing services, including brand advertising, customer relationship management (CRM), media planning and buying, public relations, along many other specialized communications services to drive the most effective results. The brand services over 5K clients in over 70 countries. The portfolio includes three global advertising networks i.e. BBDO, DDB, and TBWA – likewise a worldwide media network, Omnicom Media Group, which is composed of three of the world’s premier providers of media services: OMD, Ph.D., and Hearts & Science.
Antoni is a group that builds tailor-made agencies exclusively for one client. It’s one of the most effective innovatory and artistic advertising agencies in Europe. it had been founded in 2015 by André Kemper and Tonio Kröger with its first client Mercedes-Benz. The brand extends its services to Vodafone, bett1.de, Kärcher, and Katjes. The brand has seen the peaks of success in a very very short period. During its time with Mercedes, the company has become one of the top ten most valuable brands in the world, as well as the world’s largest luxury automobile manufacturer.

The transactions of Antoni are most likely to be closed from 2022.
Omnicom has also agreed to acquire a Germany-based public relations and communication agency, OSK (Oliver Schrott Kommunikation GmbH).
