Fabelle’s Heart of Gold Collection fills its chocolate with 24 karat gold

The ‘Heart of Gold Collection’ is the newly launched product of ITC Ltd.’s Fabelle Exquisite chocolates.

The pioneers of luxury chocolates in India, Fabelle, have come up with its novel launch with gold-infused chocolates that consist of 24 karats of pure edible gold.

Heart of Gold Collection is the teamwork of Michelin Star Chef Marco Stabile, the renowned Italian culinary legend and the master chocolatiers of Fabelle.

It celebrates and recognizes a chosen group of distinguished citizens and organizations who have overcome exceptional hurdles in their lives. 

The Fabelle Heart of Gold Title is granted to esteemed personalities like Dr. Devi Shetty of Narayana Health who took over the Covid task force with great perseverance and compassion.

Others on the list are Mr. Krishna Nagar, Gold Medallist, 2020 Summer Paralympics, and Ms. Amla Ruia, Founder, Aakar Charitable Trust

for their extraordinary achievements and contributions.

These eminent personalities were honored with a uniquely designed Heart of Gold collection range inside a limited edition of the mahogany case for their hard work and empathy that brought massive changes in nation-building and social welfare.

The new launch of ITC Ltd aims to foreground the characteristics of renowned persons like bravery, compassion, knowledge, purity, and persuasion in chocolate forms. The token becomes the real Heart of Gold with these qualities.

These qualities of the personalities are redesigned in the configuration of pralines with 24 karats edible gold. Valour praline, compassion praline, knowledge praline, persistence praline, purity pralines are the pralines designed.

The valor praline is like the ruby mousse. The ruby-red represents the red of courage. Its crisps are coated in 24 karats edible gold.

Knowledge praline is in the form of an almond-hazelnut praline with rich dark mousse fillings and crisps coated with 24 karats edible gold. It represents the enrichment of the mind.

Purity praline redesigned with an intact white mousse with an inkling of lemon with its crisps coated in 24 karats edible gold.

The compassion praline is like a milk choco mousse paired with alphonso mango conserve. It has its crisps coated with 24 karats edible gold.

Persistence praline showcases the enduring spirit. It is in the form of hazelnut-almond pralines filled with golden caramel with its crisp, coated in 24 karats edible gold.
