Lately, Axis Ecorp, Realty Developer, acquired a 25-acre land in Shindhudurg near Goa- Maharashtra Border and said it will invest approximately Rs 100 crore in developing hotel apartments and villas on this land.

In the last five years, the Goa real estate market has observed an unusual hike in capital value appreciation. Recently, Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, initiated the Aviation Skillz Development Centre (ASDC) at Mopa Airport, which will improve the demand for real estate projects, and eventually inaugurated a super specialty block at Goa Medical College, New South Goa District Hospital.

As the project is 13 km from the upcoming airport, the demand will surely improve. The CEO and the Director of Axis Ecorp, Aditya Kushwaha, announced that the first phase of construction is on and will announce the construction of the second phase for which they have already acquired the land.

Axis Blues, Axis Yog Villas, and Axis Lake City located at Dodamarg, Shindhudurg are Axis Ecorp’s three projects, and it has sold stock worth Rs 213 crore sales in last year.

Kushwaha mentioned that they will have 120 hotel apartments, villas, and suit villas in the project. The holiday home segment had a rapid growth post covid and is expanding along with the demand.

The firm plans to function luxury smart villas and spread over the cities to attract tourists.

The company is also introducing the concept of a kids’ centric lodge and Yog villas. Comprising over 69 units with a built-up space of 1400 square feet for every unit, and the project is anticipated to be accomplished by 2023. These villas are 35 kilometers away from Panjim metropolis heart, located in Dodamarg.

In the next six months, Axis Ecorp plans to attain the demand for fully-managed luxury homes and is anticipated to achieve a sales target of Rs 100 crore.
