Imagine India Marketing Limited and Dixon Technologies Limited joined together to announce a 50-50 venture. Imagine Marketing Limited, India’s earwear brand, and Dixon Technologies Limited, an electronic manufacturing company.
Both the companies are trying to co-invest in the developing Indian mobile accessory through this creating a way to ‘Make in India’ in this field.
The joining will create the companies to satisfy the needs of the customer through a good quality and aspirational lifestyle-concentrated hearable solutions, sponsored by standard assembling and R&D. If the Marketing is successful, the boAt continues to create a big change in their design, R&D of products, technological relationship, and production. In boat Lab, it contains more than 25 Engineers for customizing and designing products, especially for Indian customers.
They are highly supportive of the ecosystem and environment of India. the boAt is a vibrant audio industry with Dixon having a manufacturing capability that will change this venture to a grand success as they produce good qualified and customer friendly items to the Indian market. Thus creating a new mode as the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
