Lummo onboards Praveen Sridhar as General Manager-Customer Delight

Bengaluru, 21 April 2022: Lummo (formerly known as BukuKas) has onboarded Praveen Sridhar as their General Manager – Customer Delight. The Jakarta and Bengaluru-based SaaS company continues to expand its leadership team in India with the addition of names in key roles including Alexander Peter, Senior Vice President, Founder’s Office & People Strategy, Renuka Thakur, Head of Product – Buyer & Storefront at Bukukas, and Abishek Murthy, Chief Growth Officer.

Praveen is currently stepping into his 14th year of customer delight specialisation. At Freshworks, his journey started as a Product Consultant in 2016 followed by stints at specialised product consultancies that then lead him to earn a name over almost every region worldwide. 

Outside of product consulting, Praveen supported the growth of the SMB business by building sales enablement, growing special programs, and building predictable customer engagement and solution delivery.

Lummo offers services in form of SaaS solutions to entrepreneurs and brands to help grow their businesses. They work with businesses to provide them with technological solutions and help them build consumer relationships among other services. Lummo has raised a Series C of $80 million in funding led by Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital earlier this year. Other investors such as CapitalG, the growth fund of Google’s parent company Alphabet, Bezos Expedition, the personal investment firm of Jeff Bezos, NuvemShop CEO Santiago Sosa, and former Lazada CEO Max Bittner, also participated in this round.
