Rajesh Krishnan has been named chief of operations and client experience at Bajaj Allianz Life. To continue increasing the company’s business performance, he will be responsible for enabling the brand to develop on its customer journey through various strategic interventions and activities at the front and back end. Krishnan joins the company from Pramerica Life, where he served as the chief of customer service and operations.
