BrickETC has announced the launch of their one-of-a-kind hybrid ed-tech platform, which gives young aspirants a taste of various creative fields through a variety of short-term courses for the correct exposure at the right time.
For May 16, 2022, Hon. Smriti Zubin Irani, Union Cabinet Minister for Women and Child Development, launched the open platform and complimented the entire BrickETC team on their efforts to make creative education affordable to all. “The local IT talent of Pune has made creative education feasible for everyone,” she said.
The educational system is going through a massive transformation, and BrickETC will assist students in releasing their creative faculties and making informed decisions. Smriti Zubin Irani believes in the potential of education and emphasizes the fact that knowledge is everlasting and ageless. This shift from rote to creative learning will enable our pupils to assess their abilities before engaging in new chances.
Shri. Chandrakant Patil, state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and Smt. Madhuri Misal, a Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and President of SMEF’s Brick School of Architecture & Interior Design were also present at the launch. Children can explore a variety of alternatives at BrickETC through hands-on experience, offering them a glimpse into a creative field at their own speed.
The goal is to provide field experts with assistance in navigating an array of creative possibilities and making an informed decision based on their experience with the website and app. As a result, a student will select a vocation that matches their aspirations, skill sets, and long-term objectives. Animation, graphic design, architecture, filmmaking, photography, fashion design, and many other courses are available at BrickETC. The portal will also keep the courses up to date with current industry trends and requirements.
Ms. Pooja Misal, Founder and Director of SMEF’S Brick School of Architecture and Interior Design and CEO of BrickETC, is the brains behind BrickETC.Her aim has always been to establish a world where people may learn more effectively outside of the classroom, away from traditional teaching methods, and with a creative twist. while some students are certain about what they want to do with their lives, many others aren’t.
Some students are aware of their passions and callings, while others are still navigating their path through life. It could be a lack of information, a disconnect between specialists and students, a lack of exposure to appropriate courses, a fear of failure, or any number of other factors. the main idea was to help parents and students make informed decisions about higher education with new courses like animation, filmmaking, and design.
This inspired a novel concept: ‘BrickETC,’ a place where students may learn in a fun way. After conducting extensive study and speaking with specialists as well as young brains, BrickETC was born. The hybrid nature of this platform distinguishes it from others. Pre-recorded sessions, milestones (tasks) for students to complete, and live faculty interactions and counseling sessions are the four key components of each course. This allows students to attend classes and do work at their own pace, while also allowing them to connect with experts in real-time and receive vital advice from counselors at the end of the course.
