Apple has decided to move some of its production out of China. China has been facing a regular surge in CoVID cases in different parts of the country. So, now it has been forced to shut down the areas where there is an increase in the number of CoVID cases.

The biggest problem is that it has been able to present itself as the manufacturing hub for almost everything.

But the real problem for companies is the dependency on a market like China. China has been able to create an ecosystem in which companies like Apple are getting the best quality parts for their products. As a result, completely moving away is a bit difficult.  But the efforts are starting to happen.

Apple has decided to shift production of some it’s products to Vietnam. But why not India?

The real reason behind this question is the environment in which companies in India work. The availability of spare parts of Apple’s standards is still not up to the mark in India. But there is a solution to this problem.

India has a huge force of qualified professionals from different technical backgrounds. So, it is not difficult for us to direct them on the right path. The incentives should come from the government. They should give some offers or lucrative plans to attract the young minds. Afterward, young minds can engage themselves in creating products. The end products will have the standards of a company like Apple. As a result, Apple will be able to invest more in manufacturing in India. This will also attract many big players to come and invest in India.

Countries like Japan suffered a lot during the war era. But, they have been able to establish themselves as a manufacturing giant. Similar has been the case with countries like South Korea. They have also been able to establish themselves as a manufacturing giant. But for Apple, South-East Asia accounts for only 1% of the production.

So, now there is a requirement for the improvement in structure. The structure in which start-ups in our country work. If quality is given priority, then the future will bear fruits.
