‘Suzhal’ a Tamil series, on Amazon Prime Video.

Prime Video announced in April that it would invest twice as much in India over the next five years and debut 40 new titles in the following two years. Suzhal: The Vortex, a Tamil show, will begin streaming on Amazon Prime Video on June 17th. Suzhal is a simple crime drama with a lot of layers that are exposed one by one in each episode. The series will be accessible to watch on Amazon Prime Video in the near future as a result of a cooperation between the show’s creators and Amazon Prime Video. Pushkar and Gayatri came up with the idea for Suzhal. They’re currently filming the Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha, which has Kathir in a key part. Aishwarya Rajesh’s Mohandas and the Malayalam version of The Great Indian Cookbook are among them. Suzhal’s release date will be announced on June 17, 2022.

The supernatural thriller Adhura, produced in collaboration with Emmay Entertainment, Excel Entertainment’s Bambai Meri Jaan, Karan Johar’s Call Me Bae, serial killer drama Dahaad starring Sonakshi Sinha, Rohit Shetty’s Indian Police Force, and Shahid Kapoor’s and Vijay sethupath.Breathe Into My Shadows, Four More Shots Please!, Made In Heaven, and Mirzapur will all return for new seasons. A documentary about Punjabi hip hop star AP Dhillon and India Love Project, a docuseries featuring Johar, will be among the unscripted originals.

Ram Setu, starring Akshay Kumar, and Neeyat, starring Vidya Balan, will both be accessible on Amazon after its theatrical debuts. It will also purchase streaming rights for Ajay Devgn’s Runway 34, Bhola, Thank God, and Drishyam 2, Karan Johar’s Jug Jug Jeeyo, Govinda Naam Mera, and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, Excel Media’s Phone Bhoot, Jee Le Zara, and Kho Gaye Hain Hum Kahan, and Yash Raj Films’ Pathan,etc. Amazon Prime Video has now introduced Prime Video Store, a transaction-based video-on-demand (TVoD) service that lets Prime members and non-members to rent movies. Users must access the pay-per-view service through a separate tab on the app or website, with rates ranging from Rs. 69 to Rs. 499 for one-time access.
