The Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore has awarded Affle International Pte. Ltd. (“Affle”), a wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary of Affle (India) Limited, the info Protection Trustmark (DPTM) Certification for three years (IMDA). This was a result of the stringent evaluation of varied aspects of the corporate by TÜV SÜD PSB, an independent assessment body appointed by IMDA, and final approval by IMDA.

The Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) may be a voluntary enterprise-wide certification supported Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and international best practices, for organizations to demonstrate accountable data protection practices, validate their data protection regime, and accommodates the Act. The framework includes reasonable collection, use, and disclosure of information, appropriate measures for defense, retention, and disposal of knowledge, and lots of more aspects.
