WPP will purchase the martech firm Bower House Digital

The business of Bower House Digital, a renowned Australian provider of marketing technology services, will be acquired by WPP, according to an announcement.

Bower House Digital will expand its capacity to provide clients with technology-driven marketing solutions by joining Ogilvy’s international network. It was established by Bryan Dobson and Meg Quinn in 2017 and now employs over 80 individuals throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific area.

Aesop, Bunnings, Bupa, Target, and Myer are just a few of the companies the agency designs, develops, and executes digital experiences for. It was named Salesforce’s APAC Growth Partner of the Year in 2021 and specializes in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

The acquisition is in line with WPP’s fast growth strategy and focused M&A approach to enhance current capabilities for the digital experience. With more than 7,000 professionals working across the Marketing, Commerce, Experience, Loyalty, Analytics, Service, and Sales Clouds, WPP has expanded over the past ten years to become a global Platinum Salesforce partner.
