Reliance Brands forays Into Food & Beverage Retail

RBL will start by opening the food chain in the nation’s largest cities and transportation hubs. 

To establish and grow the brand in India, RELIANCE BRANDS (RBL) has established a strategic relationship with Pret A Manger, a leading international chain of fresh food and organic coffee. RBL will expand the food chain across the nation with the help of this long-term master franchise arrangement, beginning with the nation’s largest cities and transportation hubs. 

Pret A Manger, which translates to “ready to eat” in French, debuted in London in 1986. It was a store to produce freshly created, handcrafted food every day. After more than 35 years, the company now has 550 locations worldwide in 9 markets, including the UK, US, Europe, and Asia. These locations serve organic coffee, freshly made sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
