Arun Kumar Rao has been named as senior vice president of Havas Sports & Entertainment, the sports & sponsorship division of Havas Media Group India, in order to further develop its capabilities and support ambitious expansion. His base of operations will be Gurgaon, and he will answer to R.

Venkata Subramanian, President of Investments and Head of Havas Sports. The Havas Sports & Entertainment vertical, which gives customers unmatched opportunities by combining bespoke sports solutions with access to high-value media and sponsorship, was relaunched earlier this year by Havas Media Group India. In addition to developing sports and entertainment-based IPs, managing sporting talent, and producing and collaborating on exclusive events, the team offers sponsors strategic and creative media solutions for asset identification, allocation, and maximizing returns from media investments.
