EnKash hires top executives for all leadership positions.

 EnKash, India’s top-ranking and fastest-growing all-in-one spending management and corporate cards company, has increased the number of top-tier executives it is employing for leadership positions. Lalit Arun, Abhishek Miglani, Krishna Kumar SV, and Amandeep Arora have all been hired by the company to lead its alliances with banks and financial institutions, corporate alliances, and partnerships, respectively.

 The leadership changes occur as EnKash prepares for its upcoming phase of growth, which will include the launch of new enterprise-grade payment solutions and an international push into the US and European markets. Amandeep Arora will lead EnKash’s communications efforts overall and collaborate closely with the company’s founders and all business units.

She has 15 years of experience as a communication and reputation professional, during which time she has helped leading company’s plan unique marketing and communications initiatives as well as develops and carries out public outreach programs. She worked with a variety of well-known companies before joining EnKash, including Policybazaar, Paisabazaar, MobiKwik, and Docprime, where she assisted in developing their brand narratives. Amandeep also served as a client lead for several other companies, including Max Life Insurance, National Stock Exchange, Bajaj Capital, Radico Khaitan, Reebook, and Haier.

 At EnKash, Lalit Arun will oversee partnerships with banks and financial institutions. With more than 25 years of expertise in the payments industry and exposure to numerous functional and sectoral areas, Lalit is an accomplished leader. Before that, he oversaw alliances and partnerships for Creditas Solutions and Innoviti Payment Solutions and led the Merchant Services division of HDFC Bank.

His broad sales experience includes selling office automation solutions, digital media, soft skills training programs, and IT training courses. Krishna Kumar will be in charge of formulating the operational strategy, putting the systems for a modern client experience into place, and designing effective processes that support how the business functions as a whole. Having held executive positions at ICICI, American Express, HSBC, PhonePe, and Axis Bank for more than 17 years, he has experience-driven expertise in the “Cards and Payments” ecosystem.

 EnKash presently employs more than 120 people but has just announced plans to treble that number by the end of the year. The company intends to deliberately raise its team strength to 500 within FY 23–24 in line with its anticipated expansion.
