Leading personnel solution provider JoulestoWatts (J2W) announced the appointment of BM Gupta as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). BM Gupta will oversee and scale J2W’s growth, worldwide business operations, go-to-market teams, customer success and support, and business development as the company’s new COO. He will answer directly to Priti Sawant, the founder, and CEO of J2W.
BM has more than three decades of expertise working with major corporations, scaling enterprises, and creating inclusive workplaces where staff can develop and flourish.

In his most recent position with ABC Consultants, Gupta played a key role in developing the company’s successful growth strategies, which included, among other things, redefining the operating model of the company’s core recruitment business, partnering with international networks, nurturing startup companies, purchasing an online recruitment marketplace, and strategically selling its RPO business to the industry’s top player.
J2W is a leader in next-generation talent solutions to bridge the talent and skill gap of the dynamic technology sector, according to COO BM Gupta, who commented on the new position.
