Nothing, but a smartphone manufacturer apparently is working on a new model. There are rumours that Nothing is developing a Lite version of the phone soon after the release of Nothing Phone (1). The coveted Glyph interface is rumoured to be absent from the forthcoming phone.

According to the claims, the purported Lite edition of Nothing Phone (1) might be a more cost-effective version. It is said that the smartphone company will cut several of its features from the future model to make it more affordable. For instance, it might disable Glyph interface and wireless charging. However, the new phone will use the same chipset and have the same display and camera sensors.

It is important to note that the future Nothing phone could come with a charger in the box to make up for the absence of wireless charging. According to rumours, the smartphone will have a battery with a capacity greater than the typical 5,000mAh arrangement.

Nothing has left any information on the phone up to this point. It is challenging to make educated guesses regarding the future handset’s RAM and storage capacity. Apparently, the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version of the Lite edition will cost Rs. 24,999. Nothing hasn’t officially stated that it is developing any such devices.

Nothing Phone (1) was recently released for Rs. 32,999. The next speculated smartphone is anticipated to run on Nothing OS out of the box, based on Android 12, and it can also provide IP52 splash protection.

Nothing Phone (1) has been successful in building anticipation for its next phones in India. The brand will gain more customers if there is a less expensive version of the Nothing Phone. The lack of Glyph lights and an edgy look on the upcoming Nothing handset can be a little frustrating for customers. Nothing Phone (1) stands out because of its distinctive design.

Two software patches have been made available by Nothing in the interim to adjust and enhance the handset’s UI. The new update has enhanced the Always-on display in addition to the fingerprint scanner.
