Companies across industries are putting major efforts into advancing the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative, which aims to turn India into a powerhouse for design and manufacturing on a global scale. Unbeknownst to you, some of the popular international goods you use every day, including the phone you use, the bicycle you ride, and the running shoes you wear, are also made in India. Let’s look at a few of those goods labelled ‘Made in India’:

BTWIN Bicycle by Decathlon:

India is the country where Decathlon manufactures its most well-known BTWIN steel bicycle. The steel frame’s endurance and rigidity, which allow your cycle to continuously absorb shocks and vibrations for years without losing its rigidity, are its primary advantages. An average of more than 50% of the parts that go into building a Decathlon bicycle are sustainably produced in India.
