Keeping our bodies healthy and active improves our well-being and overall lifestyle. It not only relieves stress and keeps your mood uplifted but can also help in having a longer life. However, in today’s busy times, nobody puts extra effort to stay consistent in physical activities. Henceforth, HDOR Virtual Events has come up with an initiative named “100 Days Of Running” wherein participants run or walk a minimum of 2 km per day for 100 days and take their fitness to the next level. Founded in 2015, with the intention of bringing fitness to your doorstep, it is a unique challenge that inspires and alters participants’ lifestyles.

HDOR Events Pvt. Ltd. which organizes HDOR virtual events and fitness challenges has brought back the 9th edition of the event with a bang and ensured it is going to be even more fun and challenging. The event will start on 29th April 2023 and will go on for a hundred days till 6th August 2023. It is the largest multi-day running challenge in the world and attracted more than 19,000 runners in the year 2021. Make sure to apply before the last date as the event registration opens on 1st February 2023.
Mayank Gupta, co-founder of HDOR Virtual Events said, “For the last few years, HDOR has been on a quest to spread awareness of the necessity of mobility. It is of the utmost importance to learn the significance of regular movement in order to keep your body and mind functional and healthy in the long run. There is much more to the renowned 100 Days Of Running than being merely a race. It serves as a ray of positivity and hope, encouraging everyone to transform their way of living. I wish the best of luck to everyone who will be participating, and hope that this marathon will be exhilarating for both your body and mind!
