Chef’s Almond Rice Pudding Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Almond – 100g
- Milk – 200ml
- Raisins – 50g
- Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
- Vanilla extract – 1tsp
- Salt – for taste
- Brown sugar – 50g
- Rice – 100g
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it, using milk instead of water for added creaminess for 20 to 25 minutes.
2. Now add almonds, raisins, and a little bit of salt to it. Once the rice is cooked, stir with brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for an additional 5 minutes until well combined.
3. Remove the rice pudding from the heat and let it cool slightly.
4. Serve the rice pudding in individual bowls and top with your favorite fresh fruits, and chopped nuts.
