In collaboration with CSIR-SERC, Advait has come up with the indigenous and cost-effective technology ERS that is highly suitable for transmission lines of voltages, ranging from 33kV to 800kV. With lucrative predictions, the company has recently completed its second year of listing along with dedicated plans to extend the main board listing. Advait Infratech has effectively harnessed the power of its expertise and innovative products to excel in the industry by expanding significantly and entering the domain of manufacturing ERS (Emergency Restoration System), OPGW (Optical Fibre Ground Wire), OPGW joint boxes, ACS (Aluminum Clad Steel Wires), OFC cables, and stringing tools. 

Working hand in hand with CSIR-SERC, Chennai, our esteemed technology partner, the company has successfully developed an indigenous and cost-effective technology for ERS. Thanks to CEA’s drive, Advait Infratech has been successful in creating an indigenous and cost-effective ERS technology, compliant with international standards, and the first of its kind under the Make-In-India initiative. 

In September, Advait received an order for ERS (400 kV) by Power Grid and post-that, the company has developed an in-house design team. The team is responsible for developing the system catering to transmission lines of voltages up to 765 kV wherein, 98% of the products used are domestic, including anchors.

Moreover, the leading infratech organization has also come up with an state-of-the-art  in-house testing lab for providing the latest ERS in accordance with the latest codes and standards, such as IS 802 and IS 5613. These modules undergo rigorous production tests, including adherence to IEEE 1070:2019, ensuring top-notch reliability and performance.

Advait has developed a robust document control and management system, allowing the company to furnish our clients with all the necessary renewable energy and disaster response test reports, GTPs, and other essential documentation.
