This special thali comprises a diverse range of vegetarian dishes, including Jeera Lassi, Paneer Makhni, Sitafal ki Sabzi, Aloo tamatar tari, Bhuni Shakarkandi, Kuttu Ki poori, Sama ke Chawal, Saboodana Tikki, Aloo Chaat, Cucumber Raita, Saboodana Papad, and Sama ke Chawal ki phirnee.
The culinary experts at The Ashok have taken great care in crafting a fasting thali that is not only gratifying to the palate but also promises a truly delightful experience. The thali has been thoughtfully designed, prioritising safety and satisfaction to guarantee a wholesome and pleasurable fasting journey.
The Navratri thali is prepared using fasting-appropriate ingredients and is served on an EPNS platter, elegantly lined with banana leaves. To elevate the overall dining experience, it also includes a complimentary soft beverage.
