New Delhi, 18th January 2023: In a commemorative celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, The Piano Man New Delhi, Eldeco Center, stood as a beacon of cultural significance, hosting a harmonious evening of jazz brilliance featuring none other than the legendary Herbie Hancock, accompanied by the incomparable Dianne Reeves and some talented student musicians from Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz Performance at UCLA Ensemble.
The Piano Man, synonymous with quality live music experiences, provided the perfect backdrop for this momentous occasion, transforming into a haven of jazz sophistication as the iconic Herbie Hancock graced the stage, weaving musical tales. Accompanied by the mesmerizing vocals of Dianne Reeves and the dynamic energy of the Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz Performance at UCLA Ensemble, the venue echoed with the harmony of their collective talents.
This event marked Herbie Hancock’s fourth performance on Indian soil, solidifying his special connection with the country’s music enthusiasts.
