CYK Hospitalities, India’s leading food and beverage consultancy firm, has helped launch an innovative new restaurant ‘Nagari’ in the city of Taj- Agra adding a new dimension to the culinary landscape of the city. Nestled in the vibrant Padam High Street, Nagari presents a culinary escapade for locals and tourists alike. Situated conveniently on Fatehabad road, opposite the Hilton Hotel, Nagari beckons patrons with its thoughtful approach to showcase authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine.

 

CYK Hospitalities provided comprehensive services ranging from menu conceptualization and engineering to staff hiring and training, recipe formulation and SOP creation. Additionally, CYK oversaw audits, managed vendors, designed staff uniforms, coordinated the restaurant’s launch, and meticulously handled branding and design elements. With attention to every detail, CYK Hospitalities has ensured that Nagari embodies excellence in every aspect of its operation.

 

The menu at Nagari celebrates the rich diversity of Indian vegetarian cuisine from across the country. Signature items include Dal Batti a fondue from Rajasthan, Chole Kulche from Delhi’s Chandni Chowk, and Lucknow’s famous Dilruba Seekh Kebab.  Innovative reinterpretations such as Aloo Gobhi Missi Tart and Dahi Donut offer a contemporary twist, while classics like Kathal Bhel and Dal Makhani Shots delight the palate. To provide a complete dining experience, Nagari offers tasting platters with a main course, biryani or bread, salad, raita, chutneys, and papad.

 

The restaurant’s interiors evoke a simple yet refreshing ambiance blending modern and traditional design elements. Complementing the gastronomic delights, the interiors of Nagari are thoughtfully designed to reflect the essence of its cuisine. The color scheme of beige, royal blue, and green adds a touch of sophistication to the overall dining experience.
