PNB Housing Finance, one of the largest housing finance companies in India, announced its new initiative ‘Achiev-Her’ to celebrate the strength and accomplishments of its female employees. It aims to leverage the power of storytelling to recognize and unfold diverse success stories of women who are breaking barriers, driving change and leading by example in their own right.
The special video series was launched as part of ‘Aikyam’ – a unique initiative based on the pillars of Diversity, Empowerment and Inclusion towards strengthening the people culture within the organization. The series offers an inspirational glimpse into their collective growth and success, with PNB Housing Finance playing a pivotal role in this journey by fostering a supportive environment with an empowered workplace culture.
