GrowthOps Asia was selected by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) as the digital marketing agency to spearhead digital   content development, event coverage, and performance media to support RSPO’s mission of making palm oil sustainable.

Upon delving into the palm oil industry and RSPO’s role within it, we discovered their profound influence on local communities worldwide, underscoring the variety of authentic human impact stories at the heart of growing a sustainable palm industry.”

Sangeetha Umakanthan, Deputy Director of Communications for RSPO, expressed, “GrowthOps has come on board at an important juncture as RSPO marks its 20th anniversary this year. Working closely with them to implement our Partners for the Next 20 anniversary campaign, we are leveraging the agency’s digital marketing capabilities to showcase the depth of progress that RSPO Members are driving in the quest to make palm oil sustainable.”  

GrowthOps Asia commenced their tenure by covering the RSPO’s flagship event, the annual Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RT2023) in Jakarta last October 2023. They have since filmed sessions with smallholder farmers in Malaysia and Indonesia while editing and curating content from RSPO’s global markets. In their short tenure, GrowthOps has significantly increased RSPO’s exposure from their direct partner community, to over 6.8 million stakeholders interested in sustainability and improved engagement rates to an industry beating 19.9%, according to Google and Meta metrics.

The #RSPONext20 Campaign, launched on April 8th, will showcase over 20 impact stories and interviews from RSPO members worldwide, including founding members, the World Wildlife Foundation (WWF), the Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA) and AAK, underscoring RSPO’s work and mission. The videos will be published and promoted on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Web.
