STAAH’s booking engine for groups – SwiftBook enables the group to further scale up its direct bookings. The STAAH Channel Manager helps the hotels to list and manage their inventory across booking channels. Being part of a multi-property hotels chain, however, the Lamrin hotels were struggling with real-time connection that resulted in error-ridden updates and booking errors. The group was also looking at broadening its reach through a suite of Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and niche sites that are not connected to the existing channel managers available in the market. Using STAAH’s solutions, the group was able to apply a single rate plan to all properties and make bulk updates quickly.
