We only allow the RERA registered projects from member developers which has helped gain the trust of the home buyers. The property show is an ideal place where people do not just explore the properties but also are made aware of the growth prospects and the benefits of investing in a property in Hyderabad. Hyderabad is now ranked amongst the world’s 65 wealthiest cities and is the 10th fastest-growing millionaire hotspot. This is driving the demand for the luxury housing market in the city.  Hyderabad as a market has been performing exceedingly well in terms of absorption of residential, commercial and retail properties across price brackets.”

“The Government’s vision to develop a 3 Ring structure to drive the growth of the state. The economic growth engine being the area up to ORR defined as the Core Urban Region (CUR) which accounts for 48.6% population of the state and is the core growth engine of the state. A budget allocation of Rs. 10000 Crore will help accelerate the growth of this region. The plan to develop the sub urban region in the area between the ORR and RRR will be the semi urban region with tier 2 cities and growing towns, Manufacturing Clusters and City centric Agri and value-added zones will ensure a state wise spread of growth. Also, Rural region beyond the RRR will be used for globally benchmarked development with a focus on citizen welfare and other schemes. These development plans will encourage developers to make suburbs self-sustaining with amenities like parks, community halls, and schools will alleviate pressure from local civic bodies and promote satellite townships that will act as major catalysts for the Real Estate sector. “

Mr N. Jaideep Reddy – President Elect, CREDAI Hyderabad, said “Every year, CREDAI does this event on a large scale serving as a pivotal platform for developers to showcase their projects. The city itself has undergone substantial growth over the years, a testament to the effective leadership and vision of both past and present leaders.
