The renowned Japanese mixologist Atsushi Suzuki, founder of The Bellwood, is elated to bring his unique innovations to Mumbai for an unforgettable evening.

The Bellwood is a legendary bar known for its inspiration from Japanese drinking culture and progressive cocktail artistry. This exquisite bar takeover at Koishii will showcase a meticulously curated selection of The Bellwood’s most celebrated cocktails, along with a specially crafted menu featuring Atsushi Suzuki’s signature style, complemented by the opulent atmosphere of Koishii.

Atsushi Suzuki’s unwavering commitment to the art of mixology justifies his journey from his early bartending days in Tokyo to his current recognition as a worldwide star in the field of mixology. Having worked at some of the most prestigious establishments like Angel’s Share in New York, Speak Low in Shanghai, Atsushi has achieved numerous accomplishments.
