Known for its modernist approach to Indian fine dine cuisine, Trèsind, the multi-award-winning and critically acclaimed restaurant of Passion F&B, launches its all new Business Set Lunch Menu available from Monday to Friday during lunch hours. Helmed by Chef Himanshu Saini as the Corporate Chef and Chef Sarfaraz Ahmed as the Executive Chef for Trèsind Mumbai, the Business Set Lunch Menu offers an experience of Indigenous traditional flavours with a touch of modernity through its approach to molecular gastronomy.

The Business Set Lunch Menu is a culmination of a 6- course menu, with a targeted dining time of 45 minutes to 1 hour, ideal for those with limited lunch breaks. The offering encompasses a palate of myriad textures with the introduction of new ingredients such as the King Mushroom, imported New Zealand Lamb Chops, and delicate French Scallops.

Reintroducing the innovative technique of spherification, a hallmark of Tresind Mumbai since 2019, the Raw and Ripe Aamras Puri is a twist to the quintessential Aamras Puri, by crafting an amuse-bouche, to tantalize your taste buds to commence your meal. A sweet and savoury offering of the season to satiate your comfort food craving, the delicacy is finished with a ring of pink flowers, adding a touch of artistic finesse to this refreshing sphere of goodness.

The presentation of each dish on the menu is a ‘kaleidoscope of colours on a plate’, as it evokes one’s visual senses with the array of colours which each element of the dish brings to the plate. The sour curd rice, moilee ice-cream, curry leaf honey is a refreshing palate cleanser which prepares diners for the main course, offering a burst of vibrant flavors. The simplicity of this comfort food with the creamy and coconutty moilee, an Indian curry, originally from Goa elevates the entire molecular gastronomy experience.

Playing on the nostalgic element of the crunchy cornetto, the Filter Coffee Cornetto with Miso Caramel Ice Cream as the art of fermentation has been used to balance the distinct aroma of the south Indian Filter Coffee with the overpowering aftertaste of the Japanese Miso. This dish is a culmination of fusing strong flavours and textures of crunch-and-creaminess to create a delightful contrast and simultaneously showcase the unique flavours of Miso.
