Mumbai, 23rd August 2024: Bringing under one roof the splendor of South American Natural Landscapes, Padma Shri Dr. Mukesh Batra is all set to host the 54th Edition of Magic Moments, an annual photo exhibition to support the visually challenged. Scheduled from the 1st and 6th September 2024, between 12 pm to 8 pm this year’s exhibition will feature a curated selection of images showcasing South America’s diverse landscapes, from the lush Amazon Rainforest and the majestic Andes Mountains to its stunning beaches and vibrant cities. The exhibition will be held at the Dilip Piramal Art Gallery, NCPA, Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Supported by the Consulates of Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Chile, and with technical backing from Nikon, Magic Moments 2024 promises to be an unforgettable experience. The 54th edition brings the theme of South America to life through a striking collection of photographs, expertly curated by Padma Shri Dr. Mukesh Batra, whose passion for travel and photography has helped bridge cultures across continents. From vibrant landscapes to rich cultural portraits, each photograph encapsulates the essence of South America’s beauty and diversity. The exhibition reflects the deep cultural ties between India and South America.
Over his fifty years journey, Dr. Mukesh Batra has dedicated his efforts to raise funds for “The Victoria Memorial School for the Blind”, through this annual flagship photo exhibition. Every year, the money raised from this event is donated to the school. This long-standing commitment reflects Dr Batra’s® Foundation’s unwavering support for the visually impaired community, making a significant difference in their lives through consistent and heartfelt contributions.
