This three-day event will bring a taste of Italy to the city, focusing on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Chef Apeksha from Cacio E Pepe will serve signature pasta dishes like Bucatini Carbonara, Gnocchi in Chili Butter, and Ravioli in Caramelized Leek Butter. The pastas are freshly made and showcase classic Italian flavours with a local touch. Chef Nitin Kulkarni from The Shalimar Hotel will complement the meal with a spread of antipasti, including Parma Ham, seared squid, prawns in fennel saffron butter, marinated olives, and artisanal cheeses.
