Sorrento, the award-winning Italian restaurant and Shang Palace, a tribute to the dynamism of Cantonese cuisine, will present an impressive tasting menu that showcases a fusion of traditional and modern dishes, featuring the freshest ingredients.

The dining experience concludes on a sweet note with a jasmine tea crème brûlée. The journey at Sorrento starts with a non-vegetarian selection that offers a delightful amuse-bouche of Petit Beignet, setting the stage for an exquisite dining experience. Patrons can indulge in the Butter Poached Hokkaido Scallop as a refined antipasto, followed by a hearty Free Range Organic Chicken Ragout Paccheri for pasta lovers. The risotto features a creative take on Carbonara, showcasing the chef’s innovation. For the main course, diners can choose between a tender 12-hour Compressed Lamb Shank Steak or a beautifully prepared Two-Way Cooked Seabass, each dish crafted to perfection. The meal concludes with the classic Tiramisu, a fitting end to this exceptional five-course menu, all priced at INR 4,130 per person, inclusive of all charges.

The experience is further elevated with an Oven Baked Burrata as an antipasti, followed by the creative Liquid Parmigiano Tortellini. The risotto features a unique Pine Mugo twist, and the main course allows diners to choose between the indulgent Low Starch Potato and Truffle Slivers Timbale or the classic Eggplant Parmigiana.
