Held from 21st to 24th November, this four-day immersive experience offered transformative insights into leadership, blending spiritual wisdom with modern business strategies. The event brought together industry stalwarts and change-makers, who shared their profound reflections on leadership, inclusivity, and personal transformation.

Empowering Women Leaders

Dipali Goenka, CEO of Welspun, emphasized the critical role of fostering supportive ecosystems at home and work to enable women leaders to thrive. Sharing her personal journey, she stated:

“It starts from home. Encouragement from family members, such as my father-in-law’s support during challenging times, empowered me to focus on my work. Similarly, in workplaces, understanding and respect among peers and leaders are essential for creating an inclusive environment.”

Dipali also urged women to overcome self-doubt, highlighting INSIGHT’s role in instilling confidence and clarity to drive change.

Sustainable Leadership with a Higher Purpose

S Somnath, Chairman of ISRO, underscored the importance of reflection and sustainability in leadership. He remarked:

“Leadership is not just about growing businesses but aligning them with higher purposes. Programs like INSIGHT encourage leaders to introspect and align their goals with humanitarian and sustainable values, transforming not just their organizations but society at large.”

Somnath’s insights inspired participants to recalibrate their leadership approaches by integrating values of sustainability and self-reflection.

Humanity and Servant Leadership

  1. Venkataraman, MD of Titan, reflected on the program’s focus on humility and humanity in leadership:

“The serenity and energy I experienced during this program are transformative. Staying connected with the ordinary world helps leaders remain grounded and compassionate, which reflects in their leadership style.”

“When you create the right culture, strategy follows. Leadership is about enabling others to rise to their best.”
