Dec 17, 2012: Piaggio launched its Italian high performance motorcycle brand Moto Guzzi in India. Moto Guzzi will be 
sharing space along with Piaggio’s other brand Aprillia. The motorcycle brand was unveiled in Northwards Motors, dealers based in Gurgaon who are the second Aprillia Dealers in India. The first dealership of Aprillia was started in Pune. The bookings for 110 PS Griso 1200 8V of Moto Guzzi are open now and it is expected that the deliveries will start from 2013. Piaggio as part of its expansion plans in the motorcycle market in India is expected to come out with more new models in 2013.
