Dec 19, 2012: Best Foods one of the leading rice makers in India having a turnover of Rs. 1,322 crore would market rice from 800 new outlets. It also plans to foray into ready to eat delicacies in couple of month’s time. Best Foods which sells seven varieties of rice would be selling rice through other outlets like Reliance, Food Bazaar etc. as well. Best Foods with this move is trying to capitalize on the growing basmati business in India. Basmati business in India is growing at a 30% rate.
