Visakhapatnam: 01st November, 2022: On the eve of Rasthriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) Adani Gangavaram Port management celebrated ‘Unity Day’ at the port premises. Unity Day is celebrated in India commemorating the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel who is known as the Iron Man of India.
The ceremony included speeches by renowned people including Dr. Vijaya Bhavani, Social development sector, Dr. N Srinivas, HOD, GITAM University, Sri Devendra Thankar and Shri N Sambasiva Rao (from Adani Gangavaram Port). The speakers inspired the participants to develop good reading habits and become highly effective . The program was attended by the management & other staff from various departments at the Port. The main objective of the celebration was to uplift the people and encourage them to focus on building a great character and contribute towards nation building.
